The MD Awards is an annual celebration of TPA tribe members who excelled by most consistently living into our core beliefs, and bringing our purpose of #Better to life.

Hosted by our Managing Director, Natalie Maroun, this year’s awards featured three categories:

The We Show Up Award, for exemplifying our core beliefs of WE BELIEVE, WE COMMIT, WE SHOW UP, WE GET SHIT DONE, AND REPEAT in the market.

The Together Award, for living into our core beliefs of Together, Courageously, Respectfully, Joyfully, and Better, for our tribe.

And our pinnacle accolade, the Better Award, for most consistently and impactfully living into our core purpose.
